Bailey Estates

I deal with people day in and day out and can pretty much say I have lost complete faith in the human race. I first looked at Bailey Estates a little more than a year ago and fell in love with the style and design , price for the footage and the area in general. Not wanting to jump on the first area looked at , I looked at many towns over a year and talked to multiple realtors and builders. I got completely disgusted at the underhanded behavior of most of the business professionals whom I dealt with. As I knew time was short and I would need a place soon , I returned to Bailey Estates. Jack and Joe Londono are the first people I have seen in a long time who really listen, respond with sincerity , respond honestly and do exactly what they say they will do.I even ran into a rather large snag trying to get into the home I chose and Jack went above and beyond , went out of his job requirements , stuck himself out on a limb and helped me get in the house of my dreams. What a breath of fresh air these people are ! Anyone who deals with them couldn't possibly be sorry or negative and if they can then......must be negative people to begin with.
